Lee Swift

I have been dancing Salsa since 2004. In March 2006 I was a founding partner in setting up Salsa-Evolution and helped out as a Dance Assistant until the August and then started teaching.

I was caught up by Salsa, from the first time I saw it danced, That was it I had to learn. I now dance or teach 4 to 5 nights a week.

In January 2007 I qualified as a fully Insured Teacher and Member of the UKA and now teach 2 nights a week.

I enjoy teaching and sharing my passion for both the Dance and the Music with others. The focus of my Classes is to ensure people have fun, whilst always working on good technique. I also emphasise the importance of Leading and Following during the dance.

This year through Salsa Montuno-Uk we aim to bring some of the UK’s top Teachers / Performers to Bristol, running Workshops in Styling, Technique and Body Movement.
