I started dancing salsa almost two years ago.

I started so that I would have something to do on a Wednesday night, however it quickly became something to do on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night.  It's an addiction, but it's the best kind of addiction you could have. It's social, fun and a fantastic form of exercise. Plus not only has it improved, but pretty much created, my sense of rhythm and timing.

I attended my first party night when I was a beginner to salsa, and soon realised that it was where my confidence would grow. I met lots of different people and had a new found faith in my dancing ability. This is why I joined Salsa Montuno-uk, i want to give dancers the opportunity to experience salsa parties in the same brilliant way that I have. Our parties are a fun, comfortable environment for all dancers, whether they are beginners, or have been dancing for years. That is what I am most proud of.
