Guideline to Levels

All

Have never done these dances or have only taken part in a few classes.

Beginner

Done time as a beginner & learnt basic steps, turns, timing and now starting to put things together into turn patterns.

Improver

Competent with basic turn patterns, you will be looking to complicate them a little and adding to your repertoire sound technique (movement, leader/follower, and styling)

Intermediate / Advanced

By now learning the turn patterns should be reasonably easy. You should be looking at the styling, technique, movement and how to make it work on freestyle.

Advanced

Turn patterns now come easily as well as styling, technique and movement. Looking for those final advanced techniques and musicality.
