Easter Extravaganza Evening Party

For our Party at this mega event, we will start the Evening with 4 classes running from 8.00pm – 9.00pm

The Party will be running from 7.45pm – 2am, and for those of you who have travelled for this event, after the daytime workshops there are Changing Facilities and showers available.

The Bar and Café in the venue will be open all day, with the Bar staying open until 1am, food both hot and cold will be available until 10pm

Evening Classes 8.00 - 9:00pm:

The venues Changing rooms + Café will be Open for Food all day the Evening party / doors open @ 7.30pm

DJ’s:

During the Evening the following DJ’s will be covering both the Main Hall.  Mauricio Reyes (LatinMotion), Robert White (Mambo City) and Lee Swift (Salsa Montuno-uk).

The Main Hall music policy will mainly be Salsa with a small amount of Cha Cha & Bachata thrown in for good measure.

The Bar will be our party area  and will cater for Salsa and other genres of music, the Dj's here will be:

Nicolai V (iSalsa), Rohan Brown (Latin Fever) and Phil Heath (Salseros)

Other Info:

 

The logistics for the main hall are massive, already we have 3 van loads of sound and lighting equipment being transported to the venue and a support crew of over 20 people to assemble and dress the hall for the evening party. The statistics are impressive, at 36 meters x 22 meters the hall will easily accommodate hundreds of dancers, other areas will be available throughout the evening to enable you to take a break. A long with the retails stalls, chillout area and Bar.

To address the comments from last year with regards to the acoustics of the Main Room, we are having a professional acoustic curtain fitted around the whole room.

With so many people we have arranged that the lockers will be available though out the evening for you to safety store and access your belongings though out the night if you wish.
